Yes. Gacha Grails is operated by Geek Grails Sdn Bhd, a registered Malaysian company (202601016023 / 1678120-W). Products listed in our pools and marketplace are held in our physical inventory.

The marketplace is open to all customers who can legally make a purchase. Participation in Gacha Pulls is restricted to registered users aged 18 and above. Gacha Grails may request age verification where required.

A Gacha Pull is a randomised selection from a curated pool of real TCG products. Each pack has a set price, a defined pool and published odds. You receive one item selected from that pool according to the odds shown before you pull.

1. Create an account and confirm that you are aged 18 or above. 2. Add GG Coins to your account. 3. Choose a pack and review its pool and published odds. 4. Confirm your pull using GG Coins. 5. Reveal your item, then choose delivery or sellback within 24 hours.
*RM1.00 equals 1 GG Coin. GG Coins are platform credits and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Your item's market value is locked when it is revealed. You then have 24 hours to choose delivery or sell it back at 95% of its locked market value in GG Coins. If you choose delivery, complete the delivery payment within 3 days. If no selection is made, or delivery payment is not completed in time, the item will be automatically sold back and the GG Coins added to your account.

The market value displayed when your pull is revealed is locked for that item and used to calculate its sellback. Later market-value changes will not affect that locked amount during your decision window.
*Displayed market values are determined by Gacha Grails using approved market sources. Actual third-party sale prices may vary.
Choose sellback within the decision window and receive GG Coins equal to 95% of the item's locked market value. The credits are added to your account immediately and can be used for future Gacha Pulls.

No. Each pool has its own set odds. Those odds are published on the pool listing before you pull and are not calculated from real-time market data. Market values are determined separately and do not affect the random selection process.

Yes. Every pull is randomised from the relevant pool according to that pool's published odds. Customers and Gacha Grails team members cannot choose the outcome of an individual pull.

Yes. Depending on the pack and pool, an outcome may be a sealed product or a PSA-graded slab. Every slab available on Gacha Grails is professionally graded and authenticated by PSA. Sealed products are unopened and are not individually graded.

Select delivery within 24 hours of your pull being revealed, then complete the delivery payment within 3 days. If payment is not completed in time, the item will be automatically sold back at 95% of its locked market value in GG Coins.
Estimated delivery details will be shown at checkout or communicated when your order is dispatched. Once available, tracking information will be sent through your registered account or email.

Every order is inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. High-value and graded products receive additional protection, and each item is documented before it leaves our premises.

Every order is inspected, documented and securely packed before dispatch. Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout and must be selected before payment; it is not automatic. For insured orders, transit loss or damage claims follow the courier's or insurer's terms, up to the insured value shown at checkout. Without selected insurance, the customer accepts the risk of loss or damage after courier handover. For a wrong or incomplete item, contact support@gachagrails.com within 48 hours with your order number, a continuous unedited unboxing video, and clear photographs.
*Do not return an item before receiving written instructions from Gacha Grails. This wording does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include cards, FPX online banking, e-wallets and other supported gateways. GG Coins are purchased through the platform at a rate of RM1.00 equals 1 GG Coin.
No. GG Coins are platform credits only. They have no cash value outside Gacha Grails and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or converted into cash.
GG Coin purchases and confirmed Gacha Pulls are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. A pull cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged because of its outcome or market value. Where available, sellback is a separate platform feature and is not a refund.
Marketplace purchases are final except for an incorrect or incomplete item, an item materially not as described, or an item found not to be authentic. Transit loss or damage is governed by the shipping insurance selected at checkout and the applicable courier or insurer policy. Report eligible issues within 48 hours with the required unboxing video, photographs and proof of purchase.
*Change of mind, opened sealed products and market-value changes are not eligible grounds. Refer customers to the full Return, Refund and Replacement Policy for complete terms.
GG Coins are intended for Gacha Pulls and cannot be used for direct Marketplace purchases unless Gacha Grails expressly states otherwise for a promotion or feature.
